Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last item of your order. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:
- Log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/74600480982/account, select the relevant order, and submit a return or cancellation request; or
- Contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., by email).
Cancellation Before Shipment If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it directly from your customer account. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Returns After Delivery If your order has already been shipped or delivered, please submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the last item. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exclusions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Condition of Returned Goods You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
